Mystery solved! The Mery is the name of the barge, not a ship or boat, and La Bella Vita (the good life) is the name of the cruise. In her pass life the Mery hauled sand. Not such a glorious start to a glamorous mid-life. Here she is docked on the south side of Venice. Better pictures to follow.
